So my future daughter-in-law was in the process of aplplying for her visitor visa and ladt weekend she couldn't login with her gci number and when i went to help her today to,see what was up, the whole application process and system had changed!!! So we had to restart frim scratch.. The only good thing was that because she had a previous visa it sent her directly to a short list of requirements.
The only thing we questioned which was a required filed was that she needed evedince of an american visa, which she never did have because she did not fly into or enter the U.S. So she sent a letter of explanarion along woth her previous itinerary as well in the travel history, her canaidan passport, visa, and old itnierary showing her route was not theough the u.s. Thus not needing a u.s. visa.
