change in surname on PR card.

Hi All,

I did my landing in May,2012 and was issued a PR card in August,2012. I am not in Canada right now. My passport expires and while i renew it i want to add my husbands surname in the new passport since i did not do it earlier but my PR card has only my madien surname, someone please advise how i can do this.
