Change in marital status after application submitted Quebec

Dear all,

Please advise if the points will be recalculated if I get married during the application process? (for Quebec)..
I am hoping to get enough points to waive off the interview for single person...(depending on my french exam results)

what if I get married after getting the CSQ - will it still affect my points? and if I get married before?

Please note that my future spouse has no knowledge of french at all..so will it be advisable to wait until I receive the CSQ?

Can anybody kindly confirm on below matter urgently?

I have sent my file in May 2013...but no AOR yet...
and I might be getting married within a month - before receiving my AOR.

According to my points, I should be getting an interview waiver if I was applying as single..
My husband-to-be has no knowledge of french at all....and there is no way that he can get to B2 stage anytime soon...
Will this affect my application? My french is advanced level...

And how will it work?...when they send me an AOR, they will ask for any changes right? And then I give them all my spouse info...will that start my file as if new, using post August 2013 rules and points system?
OR will they still consider it as per date received - ie May 2013...

Please advise urgently...
