i already send may passport with attached form appendix ''A'' my status is single,but I made a mistake I wrote my girlfriend names on the appendix ''A'' form.after a few days they call me up and ask me to fill up again the Imm008 generic and Imm5406 form and spousal questionaire form, nso and nbi cert.

my question is there any implications or possible delays on giving me a Visa??? please give advise thanks..

Did you tell them it was a mistake? You should not include your gf on your PNP unless you are common law (lived together 12 months or more).

yes, I told them it was a mistake but they insisted to fill up the form and pay for the applicable fees. I'm still waiting for my passport stamped with visa.
