Change in family composition

Hi,
I received email from CIC about my application. They asked me that if I have any change in family composition since my last correspondence, I must inform CIC immediately. So if I don't have any change since my application reached CIC, DO I NEED TO INFORM THEM AS WELL?

Send them email reply regarding no change of status of family composition since last correspondence. MUST REPLY/RESPOND ...
