Change in Country of Residence while application in process

Hi All....

AOR - 20th Aug 2019
MP- 11th Sep 2019

Please advise what is the best way forward, currently, I am a UAE resident, and planning to shift back to India by December and move to Canada later (If PR awarded).

1. Shall I update IRCC about the change and if so by what time?
2. I can come back to UAE on a visit visa once PPR mail comes and get the stamping done
3. Will this delay the processing in any way?

1. You need to update IRCC on your new address. You do that, as soon as you move. So, that they can assign you the right visa office whenever your PPR is due.
3. Usually, it does not cause a lot of delay.

From a friend's personal experience, I'd say raise a webform to change address THEN follow up with a call a week later. In my friend's case, they updated the address only during the call.
