Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Hi Members,

Just have a quick question. I have applied under CEC August 2012. Now waiting for MR expected sometime in April as per frequecy of May and June applicants. My contract at present work is expiring in April and most probably they will ask me to leave because they cant extend it anymore (due to company policies) and they want to offer me full time but cant coz I am not PR and my work permit is expiring in August 2013 (as per present docs). I can not apply WP extention until MAY (which will be 1 month after from leaving my job) as of 4 months before expiry rules. So basically I am stuck from all ways.

Now I am planing to move in Alberta as job market there is bit better and hoping I will get either full time or contract easily. My question is that is there any rule for not leaving/moving provience while in process from which we apply CEC Permanent Residency as some consultant told me I can not move because I have choosen Intended place to live Toronto ON. If yes I can move then only thing i would have to send them is update of my new address from new provience. If not then until my landing I can not move?

Any comments or suggestions will be much appreciated. :)

No, there is no such rule for CEC. (Provincial Nominee is another matter).
