Change Employer

Hi All,

My Work Permit expires on Dec 2010. I would like to change the employer. Will it be possible for me to change employer now? If yes what will be the time line to transfer the WP to another employer, LMO?

Yes, you can change employer but you got to apply for new LMO before the expiry of your first work permit and TRV.

So usually how long will it take to get LMO.also, if I understood correctly I need to apply before expiration of first work permit (and not that I should get approved LMO before expiration )
