I am having some issues with my current employer. I feel like they are taking advantage of me and other foreign workers on the same visa. They are not following the Alberta Labour Laws, and my tasks does not allign with my NOC code.
I understand I can try and change my employer if I have a valid reason, and at this point I feel I have a valid case. My question is, can I apply to work under a different NOC code? My current NOC code and the one I want to apply for is both within hospitality, but two different responsibilty levels.
