So when your AB PNP application is being processed and you're on a closed work permit is it okay to change your employer in the same province and same NOC when you get a new work permit?

I mean by law you are permit is tied to the employer and you can't work for anyone else. Once you get CoPR (EE) than you dont have to worry about it. For PNP, once you get EOI, you will likely get a support letter which again will be tied to the employer aka close work permit, and you will have to stick with them until you get CoPR.
