Hi, I have an Employer-Specific work permit for a year, I have already 6 months on but the owners are decided sell and finish the business. I found a new job offer to change my employer application but, this new employer need to submit my offer at the Employer Portal again for the number? He need to pay for me $230 again or if the time of my old work permit is still valid is not necessary and with the contract signed and +LMIA is enough ?

You cannot use your current work permit to work for a new employer. Your new employer has to complete all of the steps from scratch to obtain an approved LMIA and pay all of the fees. You then need to obtain a new closed work permit once the new LMIA approved. Once the new work permit is approved, you can start working for your new employer.
