Change course after receiving the study permit

Hi,
If I change my course after stamping study permit on passport (before arriving Canada), will it cause problems at Port of Entry? Should I have to explain about course change?

The process is relatively easy and involves changing it online only.
But you should be having the NEW LOA and other docs like fee receipt and scholorship certificate.
Also, update the same overa Webform so that they update the docs online

Even after receiving study permit, I should send new loa to them via webform?

As per the instructions on IRCC website. Go through it and assess your situation
