plz help me....can i change my college and course from india after getting visa....plz reply me...i have done BBA nd got visa of IBM course st.clair.
and would It cause any problem related to Work Permit or PR

Hi, since you have a visa in your hand . I will suggest you to apply for any college in Quebec where you willl get all the fees which you have paid to your college and you will be eligible to apply for open work permit and also can apply for PR. Can you please help me too? I too have a visa but want to change college from India as I am not able to travel due to travel ban.
