hi . i m planning to change my college from cenntenial to thompson river university .
as evry1 is saying that uni is better option .
so can any1 tell me that colg will transfer the fee or is it easy to change the institution .
i ll land toronto first n den i ll move to edminton .
is it safe ? pls suggest .

no college wont transfer fees..u will have to contact college and get a refund ....every college has different refund policy ......its not just going to the university I am hoping u understand doing the same course in university is no help..if ur going to a university for masters then that will make a difference.
