change an employer with open work permit sent with inland sponsorship

Hi everyone,

My question is this. My friend has a current LMO-issued work permit only for one employer. She is getting married soon and will apply for Inland Sponsorship and Open work permit at the same time, right before the expiry of her LMO work permit. After her LMO work permit expires, she will obviously have an implied status, but will she be able to switch employers before she gets issues an open work permit?

No. Until she actually receives the OWP, she must continue to work under the exact same conditions of her current closed work permit or stop working completely.
