Chances of visa

I got the offer letter from the university for english language course stating i will contnue academic degree after completion of english language. What are my chances of getting visa.

I don't see any harm in that. Many offer letters present conditions, mostly related to language based course completions. The possibility is that you will be getting a visa for the stated amount of time for the english course so that if you successfully complete the course (which you definitely will), you will just have to apply for an extension and thats it
