I have scored 7 bands in ielts,and now i have applied to sheridan college for pursuing a diploma in mechanical engineering.I have arranged to pay tuition fee for semester-I but now my uncle which is residing in canada tells me that it is necessary to pay one year fee before applying to canadian embassy.So please tell me that how much chances are there for getting visa after paying six months fee.
