Chances of Visa after Two Rejections

Hi,

I am a an MBA from UK. I have over eight years of experience in hospitality industry which includes five years of work experience from UK.

I came back to India in 2012. I applied for a Canadian work visa in September 2013 which was rejected. Then I was refused student visa for Canada twice, first in December 2014 and again in May 2015. The main reason for rejection that I came to know through CAIPS notes was that I applied for a diploma course after an MBA which was stupid of-course but that is what my consultants advised me.

Is there any chance of getting a visa if I take admission in masters degree course? I already have three rejections for Canada.

Should I apply for Australia instead?

hey dude

what i understand ...(i dont know is it right or not). ...... you have UK degree which is also equivelent of canadian masters degree... if you again take admission in masters then probably chances of rejection or acceptance is 50 %....... if you take admission in PHD then hopefully you wont be rejected

as far as Australia is concern ....It will be good attempt for your future...... if you dont have any money issue... then why dont you take a chance for both??? :

Should I try Canada again with a masters course? I know with three rejections it is not going to be easy.

and whats major in MBA?

Dude as I already said if you don't have any money issue then take another chance with masters .....
I have learnt from candy crush (probably you will laugh at me) that continuous attempt you will get the impossible or you can say difficult things

I can understand your feelings of continuous rejections but inshAllah you will get this time..... do it one more time... good luck

you can choose a Masters program that matches your past academics and experience. As you already have refusals, so better to take help from some good immigration lawyer in Canada (NOT a consultant). Immigration lawyers are much better than consultants and try to engage with some immigration lawyer in Canada (not in India, as they don't know the Canadian immigration laws) who have experience in dealing with study permit applications. The lawyer will help you in preparing and drafting the required documents and will write a persuasive letter to the visa officer in support of your application.

I am in a same situation as you. Got refusal twice despite of having admission in Masters program in a university, scholarship in form of tuition and paid internship offer. I stayed 6 months in Canada in last year during a visit to my sisters and the visa officers refused my application twice based on my intentions, so I am reapplying for fall with a professional help.
