My fiancee will be applying for a visitor visa to visit me in Canada from India. I am a permanent resident.
Given her situation::
1. She recently received a job offer and will start working full-time in her homeland.
2. Her father will GIFT DEED a set amount to show strong ties to homeland.
3. She has no dependents or property on her name.
Below are our questions to better understand her chances of getting approved:
1. If she wants to visit me for 3-6 months, what amount do you recommend showing in her bank account? (Is there any advantage of me showing my finances and inviting her?)
2. Any minimum salary that she should make every month to prove her ties to homeland?
3. Is it true that the visa can be approved only for the duration of her time-off from work as per the letter provided by her employer or there are chances that the visa can be approved for a longer duration?
4. How many months of pay-stubs do you recommend including in the visa application (e.g. 3 months) to show strong ties to homeland?
