Chances of refusal after medical request? (Singapore Office, October applicants)

Hi, I submitted my student visa application and documents on the 12th of October and it reached the Singapore Office on the 17th. I did not give upfront medical. This morning, I got an email from cic asking for my medical.

What are usually the chances of visa still getting refused after you're requested medical?

Not giving them the medicals upfront does not change your visa chances. Don't worry,give the med results and be patient.
