What are the chances of getting invitation. Is 381 score enough?

Unfortunately, No. Trying looking into PNP programs. At present trend 460+ (475+ tbh) is good

There's an entire section of the forum dedicated to provincial nomination. Take time to get your info there. You will come out very knowledgeable if you browse through most of the threads there hehe

Each province has its own PNP website as well, so just type NB PNP, Ontario PnP, ... in google and you will quickly find each one.
