My PR card expired in October,2015 and I did not fulfill the 730 days requirement of staying in Canada, the reasons for this; My parents only chose to take me in 2013 July this gave me around 27 months to stay 730 days, being a minor at the time I had to follow my Parents decisions and they chose to go to England 3 times during the time I was living in Canada and this time added up to a total of around 100 days, eventually I graduated from High school in 2015 and i had full intention of working and carrying on my studies in Canada, However my Parents wanted to go back to England for good, even though i was now 18 my Parents put the home we lived in up for rent basically rendering me homeless, therefore my only option was to return to England. I left at the end of july 2015 with around 600 days fulfilled,

I have now been in England for 8 months, I intended to return sooner but, i had medical complications at the time, i suffered an injury while I lived in Canada, which progressively got worse with time, the reason why I could not return on my own when I was 19 was because, i just had surgery and it was serious as it takes around 3 months to recover from the surgery, but now i am recovered and intend to resume my life where i left it in Canada. I have medical records and documentation that prove i went under the procedure.

Another reason why It would be unfair to reject my application is I graduated high school In Canada and completed grade 11 and 12, Universities in England do accept Transcripts from Canada, however all my work goes unappreciated. Courses like engineering have lowered requirements compared to Canada so all the extra classes and work I put in Canada would have been for nothing.
