Chances of Getting Visa ??

Hello Everyone.,
I'm Bhanu. I have completed my Diploma in Computer Engineering with 81 % in 2012 june.,I have one(1) year experience as system administrator in an organisation.I have 83 % in tenth (10) SSC.I just wanted to know the chances of getting visa as I am Applying for Centennial College for Computer Systems Technology – Networking (Co-Op Fast Track) 3435.It is A fast Track program.
Kindly please help me with your suggestions.

What kind of a program is it? Wiil you be able to explain to VO why it is neccessary for you to get that education and specifically in CANADA?

Yeah.,I can explain V.O. This program have most of the subjects am interested in and in which am good at.

Is not there such or similar program in your home country?
Where else could you get such a kind of program? If nowhere- why?
Why do you need further education just after ONE year of working in profession?
