Chances of getting visa approved

My wife and I submitted our application last three days online. She is going to study and I am going as a dependent for the open work program. What we did was, we attached all our supporting documents to the letter of explanation and made it as a pdf file. So far, I cannot tell if the paper application is much fast or the online application is faster. Another thing I would like to know is, has anyone applied like in our case and got their visa approved? Student and dependent spouse?
Let me know, and I will also keep you guys up to date on what ever our case will be. By the way, we already did our medicals.

Hi

I applied online on 7 October for a study permit and my husbands OWP. I applied from UK and have not yet heard anything back. There are others on this forum who applied 12 weeks ago and not yet heard anything. From my research on this forum, if students apply with spouse or family accompanying them the visa process takes much longer.
