chances of getting PNP Ontario

Hi, Everyone,
I have one question if someone can answer me! I will be so glad
My question is: I have a plan to apply for "Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program" My FSW points are 75 also about CRC points is 388. My Ph.D. degree in "Information and Communication Engineering" and work experience title is IT Manager, so do you know someone like the same my profile or ~ who was got PNP?

I heard Ontario doesn't give nomination for those less than 400, but in your case (IT) it might be possible.
