Hi,

Can anyone please let me know what would be my chances of getting job and PR in Canada?

I have heard its very hard getting job there. Will they consider my previous work exp. and my past education from India. (though, i have also enrolled for 1 year PG diploma course in Fanshawe college).

About myself :

10th - CBSE- 87%
12th - CBSE - 71.8%
B-Tech (Textile Tech.) -NIT Jalandhar- CGPA- 6.32
PGDM (Finance + HR ) - IMT Nagpur- CGPA - 6.29
Work Experience - 2 years in TCS as SAP HR Functional Consultant
IELTS- 7.5

Now, I am going to go for 1 year PG diploma course in Human resources Management at Fanshawe College,
London. My VISA is already stamped.

Since I am already MBA ( PGDM in India), I did not applied for University (also it is much higher about fees).

Anything from anyone would be highly appreciated.

Thanks in advance. Smiley Smiley Smiley Smiley Smiley Smiley

you can google more about CIIP or read more through this forum.

Hi congrats for your visa.

first of all I would say doing a PG diploma is not good and if you think university fees is more thats a wrong information.

fees for Master's in most universities is same or less then P.G diploma in any community college.
you can also do Master's in same fees (if you get admission which is easy you can get it as you have good marks in your B-Tech.

P.G Diploma will give you only one year work permit after you are done with diploma and then there are very less and hard ways to apply for P.R with that one year visa.

If you want to be settled fast with P.R and make big money then I would say go for Power engineering program (1 year) mohawk college hamilton.
alot of opportunities and big money you have mechanical engineering.

nobody will give you this advice as i think.
