I am having a score of 446 and waiting since march for an ITA....

I hope the 23rd draw picks lower scores of upto atleast 445

Mate, i think chances are quite slim.

I would assume that maybe in 2-3 month if will go down, but of course it not guaranteed.

Perhaps you should try getting a Provincial Nomination. There is no indication by now that CRS will go down the 450 mark.

Good point.

Both are good points - go for PNP or increase IELTS test results, or even learn French.
