chances of Diploma holders as pharmacist ? Please help

i m working as a pharmacist in india, but i dont have degree rather i have 2 years of Diploma in pharmacy, which is sufficient enough to work as a Register Pharmacist in India. As per the Point system, i am scoring more than sufficient point to apply for immigration which are as under

20 Points for post secondary 2 years technical Diploma
21 points for experience
10 for age
4 for spouse education
14 for ielts

Total 69 points

i am eligible as per their point system, can i apply or only degree holder can apply
