Hello all,
I hope somebody will be able to help me. Last year I was refused IEC visa because I provided misleading information which was absolutely intentional as I did not read the application questions carefully.. This year I was refused common-law partner's open work permit because the officer did not believe that my relationship is genuine even though I provided many evidence. I think the main reason is the first IEC visa refusal, but this is not what I want to ask. I wonder if I travel as a tourist (I already have an approved eTA), what chances do I have to be allowed in the country? I believe they will see my two refusals in their system, they will also know that I am going to visit my common-law partner and this makes me worried that I have very little chance to be allowed to enter... Has anyone experienced something similar and would be able to give some advice? Thank you!
