Chances of admission

I have applied MEC at Dalhousie and MTEI at Saint Mary's University wth 6.75 CGPA and 11.3 years of work Exp. What are my chances of getting the acceptance from these two schools and shall I apply advance diploma in international business at NSCC too as the backup option?

nobody will know for sure.

but its rather unlikely that a masters after 11 yrs of working exp will be somehow beneficial to your career. hence if the vo thinks so as well, then naturally your application will be rejected
