Is it a sure thing to get a SOWP because someone is married to a partner with a NOC B job?.

He got his 2nd study permit to come back to Canada to do his pg studies. He lied to this older woman he was romantically involved with to get money to pay school fees.Saying how he loves her and once in Canada they would be together.(haha oldest trick in the book)
Once in Canada he failed his program. It was scary to take a chance to marry an older woman Immigration see a red flag when a younger guy marries older female. So his options are limited
He became abusive to this older woman after his friends and him hatched a plan with a female classmate (his age) to eventually get him a SOWP by letting her move in the apartment rent free and set up phone and other bills to say they are a couple. They got married beginning of June 19.He was with his older woman until Dec.2018. That same month they moved into an apartment together because 2 of his roommates moved out
This girl his age just graduated in June 19, and does have a parttime job in a NOC B position.

Buddy Love should have left canada 90days after he ceased being a fulltime student.
I dont know about his school but at my school every 6 months my school reports to CBSA all the international students that are no longer enrolled at the school. when VO checks VO will more than likely think that getting a SOWP is a desperate attempt for Buddy Love to remain in Canada

On website says "to reinstate permit. student has to explain why they stayed in canada without status.
would he have better luck going home and she applies for him for the SOWP with him back in his country
because if she applies for him here out of status he could risk getting a removal order?banned from Canada for maybe years.

He should worry about get locked up for being a abusive. Hopefully this poor woman is being used to commit immigration fraud and being taken advantage financially.

I find it pretty disgusting that you feel that this ok and are not reporting your friend to various agency. By not saying anything you are basically complicit in the fraud and abuse.
