Chances for scores between 400 and 450

Hi,
I completed my Online profile and got a score of 415.
Depending upon the latest draw, my hopes are dim.
Anybody having any potential clue as of what's going to happen with CEC only applicants between 400 and 450 points.
P.S. People with 1.5-2 years experience are the ones that are most worried after investing so much in Canada.

I did 3 years diploma and am working for 1.5 years now in a noc b job.
Got 7.5 overall in ielts. Have my brother here. Got selected only under cec. I had 6.5 bands in speaking and the rest all above 7. Can getting 7 each help improve my standing?
