Chances for CRS score to come down to 427

Hi Folks,
I have created my express entry profile and my score is 427. I need your support to clarify below points.
1. What are the possibilities for me to get a PNP nomination through express entry having a NOC code of 2174 2. What would the probability for the CRS draw to come down to 427 looking at the trend of CRS draw which is in the rage of 450-460.

No chance. You either need to increase your score or look into the PNP programs instead.
