Hi everyone.

I am in Vancouver, B.C. and I just applied for my new Temporary Visa as student; because I will go home in this Dec.

My question: is there any chance I will get my Visa refused ?

Since I just received my new study permit recently - extended to 2012, which I think I am totally eligible to stay in Canada. As far as I know, the only reason they refuse TRV is "not convincing them that you - applicant , will leave Canada".

So, please let me know if there is some special reasons or chances they refuse my Visa. Thank you.

P.S: I really need this Visa, since I already bought the ticket.

there is no special reasons for refuse don't worry .. what you will do is fill an application send to the consulate in Seattle you will pay the fee and send it with Fedex and a long with return envelope to send your passport back to you they will ask you for bank statement and the new study permit and official transcript fro your school and enrollment evidence for this Term ...it take usually one month to get it back if you send it by Fedex from Vancouver good luck
