I’m a Peruvian professional and want to go to Canada as a student. I have funds and my parents have properties that can give me so I can have that as proof of attachment to my country. However, I don’t have a job (yet) and I don’t have travel history to other countries. I was wondering how high is the chance of rejection with respect to my lacking of travel history. I can get a new job but I see difficult to travel to other country (complicated to travel abroad due to economical issues). Is it possible to get the visa in my conditions? How can I overcome this? Thanks in advance for your responses

You can get approved without travel history. You need to show career and education advancement. Not sure how your parents giving you property (red flag) is a tie. You can sell property.
