hi,

you can try bro,because there is something about minimum 60% ( equivalent 1st class ) rule is exist for canada,but if your overall profile is better i mean - your IELTS, your course then you will definately get your study permit approval ,but no one can predict your chances of visa except VO himself.

There are many colleges which accepts 50% degree for example
Lambton college toronto and many more you can check your proposed course requirements for better information.

you can apply for both spp or non-spp
