Hello everyone. I got my medical passed on 22 August and my bg status has been "in processing and will let you know if any change" since. My question is if they will reject my application out right without giving me a chance to submit new documents or explanations after this state? And what is the chance for getting ppr? I also read from the forum that i am in ip2 but also someone says that there are no ip1 or ip2, they are just myths, is it true? Can anyone with experience please tell me. I am very worry. Thanks

No one can answer your questions. I can only answer one of your question only because it's possible. You still have to pass : Security, Eligibility and criminality. Any of these 3 could result in a refusal. Once you pass them all, then you can get PR in Canada.

Yes. They can refuse my application but would they just outright reject or they will ask for additional documents. I see there are cases where people got rejected without given a chance to submit missing documents. I got all the documents right I think, but in case of doubt, would they ask for clarification? I wish they updated our case more comprehensively so we could know exactly where we are.

If you are missing a document which was required under R.10 check, the application will be rejected as incomplete. After the completeness check, if they need anything, they usually ask for additional document or explanation, if they feel like.

Yes they can refuse my application, but would they just outright reject it? I see many cases here got rejected without a chance of resubmit their missing documents and that makes me worry. I have all the documents right, but in case of doubt, would they ask to give clarification or they would just cancel my application?

Do you happen to know when r10 check is done? Before or after medical check?

You should consider to have passed the completeness check when you passed the medical, they're done simultaneously.

Each case is different, it depends on the circumstances and the VO.

I sure hope so, I have every information ready in case of being asked, I can give to them immediately. I just afraid that they will just cancel my application without letting give them what they want.

All you can do now is hope for the best.

This is IP2. If you had multiple employers in your profile, then it will take some time to get PPR email. If you had only one employer, then you will get PPR soon.

If required, Visa officer will ask for an ADR and you will be given some time to provide those documents.

If they reject, you can't do anything.

Have u got ur visa ? Or still waiting

Reject right after medical check --- usually for incompleteness

Reject in 4-6 months or so --- usually your eligibility, security, criminality problem
