chance of Migration after masters in manitoba university

Can anyone advice the level of chance getting job offer after completion of master degree in computer science at manitoba university ? My intension is to migrate but I have only 384 points now.... So I am planning to make my wife to study masters in manitoba university (Cheapest one) which will grant a open work permit for me to find job.... I am afraid of not getting job for my wife after her completion of masters... We can search job in any province after completion of her masters right ?

If you are looking for software jobs, it is better to target Ontario. You will have better chances in Ontario than Manitoba.

After studies, You will be eligible for provincial nomination. But getting provincial nomination from Manitoba and then working in Ontario is not ethical.

Also the chance of landing a job depends on entirely on your skill set and its demand in Canada. Please research before arriving at a final decision. Also be prepared to handle the potential risk of unemployment.
