Chance of getting nomination for OINP Masters Graduate stream

Left Canada in May 2024 after graduate form a University in Ontario with a Master in January 2024. Due to all kinds of reasons I didn't apply for ONIP while I was still in Ontario. Any chance getting nominated next year while not living in Ontario?
