Chance of CRS cut-off score drop?

What are the chances of getting a Canadian PR in 2020 with a CRS score of 468? I missed the EE invitation in the last draw of Dec 2019 by one point, and the first draw of Jan 2020 had a cut-off of 473, I am worried about an increasing cut-off score in the future draws. Does anyone have any info regarding the same, perhaps a trend analysis based on the CRS cut-off scores in the previous years?
