Chaging the primary applicant

I have created an express entry profile for my family with me as the Primary Applicant.
I’m unable to meet the cut off.
Is it possible for my wife to create another profile with herself as the Primary applicant and I’ll be the secondary applicant?
Does this go against the rules and regulations for EE?

Yes you can do that i think but you just shouldn't accept two invitations and submit two separate applications if you both get invited
