hi sarah, in order to do cga here in canada, you have to be either a canadian p.r or citizen or on study visa.
you can not get study visa to do cga directly.
so first enroll in a course at college or university and than apply for cga when you have the study visa ..when you come here in canada.
note.. i am not an expert , just a student like you.. so my advice is not an expert advice.
