Hi I am wondering if anyone has encountered at the cfo office in Manila for a "statement of divorce" paper? I am newly married to my wife and I am in Canada. They won't release her certificate until we provide this form, we do not have such form here in Canada and we already provided them with my divorce certificate! Please help!!!!!!
