CETA - Intra Company Transferee - Graduate Trainee

I'm looking for a bit of work permit advice.

I currently work for a multinational tour operator with offices in London and Toronto. I'm based in the former, but have been offered an internal promotion based out of the Toronto office. I'd be a Business Development Manager (60,000 CAD salary). If the work permit was rejected, I'd be able to remain working out of the London office, but it would be advantageous to be based out the Toronto office as my main accounts will be based in North America. With the above in mind, I was planning on applying for a Graduate Trainee work permit under the EU-Canada trade deal (CETA), which is LMIA exempt and offers a 12 month work permit. I graduated in 2014.

1) From what I understand, this would be a much quicker way of getting a work permit than going through the LMIA process? In people's experience, would I seem a good fit for this type of permit?
2) Would I be able to apply for a longer work permit whilst I'm out there? I understand that I can't apply as a Graduate Trainee again, but could I under another criteria?
3) Presumably, my 'new' employer (the office in Canada) would have to signup to the employers portal on the immigration website and register the job offer there before I apply for the work permit?

Any help anybody can give would be much appreciated - I can't for the life of me seem to find a place to ask such questions on the immigration website.

Thanks!
