I applied for UNIVERSITY OF TORONTO Comparative Education Service (CES) service in early Aug. My card was charged on 13 Aug. When should I expect the response from them?

date of acknowledgement is the date when they charge your credit card?

two months is toooooo much

Just to inform, i sent my complete document set by end of June. I get email from them on 16th of July for credit card charge and since then i am awaiting for any conclusion

Yes it is slow and pathetic if you inquire them on status.

I just spoke to them and they said to me that they are reviewing 18th July applications which means that your application has been reviewed. Did you receive any email ?

Till today no news from them. I send them email two weeks back they said to wait two more weeks but still there is no conclusive answer.

Dont know how to escalate it and whom to address further

I called cES today.. they said they are working on July 28 application now. And they said my application is residing on July 29 queue, although I sent application on July 16 and my CC was charged on July 22 but it was placed on July 29 queue :'(
