CES ECA Step 2 Complete But Step 1 Incomplete!

Hi, I submitted my transcripts to CES for evaluation.

• Started Jan 15, 2020
• Submitted Jan 22, 2020

Today, I received an email from CES that stating that CES received the document(s) from "______ university on Jan. 31, 2020, pending for review". After logging in to my CES account to check the status, I saw that

• 1. Initial Review In Progress: Not Complete
• 2. Transcript(s) Received: Complete

Anyone experienced the same? Is this a mistake on their side or this is part of the procedure?

Yes, I have the same showing on my account. I'm not sure why and would be curious to hear from other people.

This is totally normal for CES. If you go to the other CES ECA posts on this forum you'll see a lot of timelines which follow this behavior.
