Certifying non-English stamps copies on Passport

Did anyone have experience doing the subject? I have the professional translator did the translation but like to know if I need to certify those passport pages where the non-English stamps are.

1. If they were done in Canada by a registered translator, no. If they were done overseas, then yes the pages have to be certified.
