in instruction guide for CEC class it is mention that:

To have a photocopy of a document certified, an authorized person must compare the original document to the photocopy and must print the following on the photocopy:

Does it mean all the photocopies need to be certified? Like Passport copies, T4 copies etc or this is applicable for only certain types of documents???

Please guide.
