Certified True copies.

in instruction guide for CEC class it is mention that:

To have a photocopy of a document certified, an authorized person must compare the original document to the photocopy and must print the following on the photocopy:

Does it mean all the photocopies need to be certified? Like Passport copies, T4 copies etc or this is applicable for only certain types of documents???

Please guide.

Only documents that are not in English or French need to be certified and should be accompanied by the English or French translation.
