Certified true copies of educational transcript

My university does not reprint the original transcript. But they agreed to send a certified true copy of the transcript with the stamp (by photocopying the transcripts and stamping it with a "certified true copy" stamp and signature).

Will this be enough to send to WES? Please help.... ???

Which University you are referring to ?, WES will accept copy of your Marks Card attested by the University, ground rule is the official transcript should not be opened and it should directly send it them (either by University or the applicant)..

The 1st option will not work, 2nd option is good enough i.e. as agreed by your university let them send the copy after attesting the Marks Card. To save time try to get them attested and then you can send the sealed envelop on behalf of the University to WES
