Hey all, an aspect of the process that really doesn't make sense to me at all, for online applications, are certified photocopies. Since I'm applying online, I am taking a photocopy of my certified photocopy. If the reason a certified photocopy is required is to ensure there is no tampering, then shouldn't the photocopy of my certified photocopy need to be certified? And on ad infinitum. Also, does every document need to be certified, since they're all photocopies online? Thanks.
